Mutt'n Joes is a 3BR/3BA dog friendly new rental in Barrier Dunes. Perfect for a family or small group getaway, Mutt'n Joes has everything you need for your vacation! Mutt'n Joes is located across from the playground in Barrier Dunes and is only a 4-minute walk to the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. One stay at Mutt'n Joes and you'll find your perfect vacation spot for years to come!

Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
