Located on the South end of Cape San Blas in The Boardwalk subdivision, this 3BR/2BA single family home is just what you need for your next beach trip. The quiet neighborhood with community pool, boardwalks and spacious pet-friendly beaches are just some of the perks to this wonderful home. Latitude Adjustment is just a short walk to the beach, pool and is across the street from St. Joseph's Bay and the walking/bike path.
