SeaLoft is located on the larger pond in Barrier Dunes and is only a 4-minute walk to the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.

SEALOFT's floor plan is spacious and very accommodating.

SEALOFT has recently been upgraded with a new screened in, carpeted porch with electric heater, fans and patio lights off the living room level. Perfect for enjoying all year! Bonus - there's also a door that opens just for feeding the turtles!

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 per pet and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
