Inside:
Step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light, featuring cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen has appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals. The main level of the unit has one bedroom with a full size bed and full size pull out trundle. There is also a full bathroom wtih a shower/tub combination.

On the second level you'll find the primary bedroom with king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom and large balcony overlooking one of three ponds. A full size washer/dryer sits between the two bedrooms for your use. The second floor guest room has a queen bed, smart TV and ensuite bath as well as a balcony overlooking the Barrier Dunes community.

Outside:
Unwind on the expansive deck or patio, complete with outdoor dining space and a gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower area in the carport area. There are also four beach chairs available for your use.

Pet-Friendly Perks:
Your dogs are welcome here—with a non-refundable pet fee (maximum of 2).

50% of the total is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 61 days prior to check in.
Pet fee is non-refundable $150 plus tax for a maximum of 2 dogs.
Government ID and signed rental agreement required for all reservations. Minimum age of 25 required for rental.
All community posted/provided rules and regulations for Barrier Dunes must be followed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
