This extremely attractive townhome has everything that you need for a perfect vacation! The first level has beautiful laminate flooring that compliments the cottage style decor' throughout the first level. The living room has a slipcover sleeper sofa, rattan chair w/ottoman, side chair two side tables and a coffee table. There is a 55" flat screen TV too! The dining area has a round table w/4 chairs and the bar has 4 seagrass bar stools. The custom kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is well stocked for all you culinary needs. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, cottage décor, flat screen TV, large closet and private balcony. The full bath with shower/tub enclosure is located between the kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, bachelor chests, full dresser and flat screen TV. There is a walk-in closet, double vanity and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
