SPRING BREAK AVAILABILITY!! 

If you're searching for quiet and serenity for your next vacation spot then you've found it! Bay House has everything you need to enjoy the beauty of St. Joe Bay and the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. The private dock provides Bay access for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating and snorkeling. Bay House has designated beach access that is less than a half mile drive (see photos for beach access location). Rental of the house comes with the use of two kayaks. 

This home comes with everything you should need - all bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag, laundry, dish and hand soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV in all bedrooms. You must be 25 years or older to reserve. No events are allowed. House does have beach access - cross over Cape San Blas Rd to Port St. Turn left on Winward St. The beach access is on the left. 

 

Ground Level:

Main Level: 

- Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen

- Sleeper sofa

- Screened in patio with propane grill and outdoor seating

- Full size bath with shower

- Bedroom with full size and twin over twin bunk bed 

Second Floor:

- Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom 

- Guest room with king bed 

- Full hall bathroom with shower/tub combination 

- Full size washer and dryer

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
