All You Need is just that, all you need to enjoy the perfect beach vacation!!! This property is truly the best location in Barrier Dunes!!! This uniquely situated townhome has breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful blue-green waters of Cape San Blas from every room!

The spacious deck on the first level has a gas grill and loads of outdoor seating - 2 bar height tables that seat four each, two chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table that seats six.

The living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper), large flat screen tv, farm style dining table that seats 8 comfortably. You'll have amazing views from the window seat while dining. There is also two counter height bar stools.

The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with cookware, crockpot, blender, glassware and plastic ware for the kids. Also, there is Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker. We've tried to accommodate your every need!

The unit has 2 master bedrooms both with beautiful panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf from the private balconies. Both masters have king beds, nightstands, large flat screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with full size showers. One of the masters also has a loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed - perfect for kids!

The laundry area is located on the 2nd level, complete with a full size washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your convenience.

There is a new standard size stairway that leads to the large loft area. The loft has two twin beds, a full size bed, large flat screen tv, bean bag chair and oversized windows for beautiful Gulf views.

We provide you with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, and foil. There is also six beach chairs provided for your convenience too!!!

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
